Why did we choose this?

From the point of view of decentralization, we were thinking of k = 1000, but when k went from 150 to 500, I think there was a lot of movement to divide the pool and guide it to their own pool. Personally, I don't think splitting the pool is good from a decentralization point of view. I would like to consider it carefully. Next is minPoolCost (minimum fixed cost of the pool), because the minimum pool fixed cost is a relatively high percentage of total compensation, less than 10 million means it is not competitive. For this reason, many delegators tend to avoid pools of less than 10M and prefer pools of 10M or more. Therefore, we chose to halve the minPoolCost to 170 ADA to give the smaller pool a competitive edge. Finally, be aware that some Operators in smaller pools have determined that they are receiving too much of their current Operator rewards and regularly or irregularly distribute rewards to their Delegators. Our pool is one such pool.
