Reset the Passcode

Reset the Passcode​

  1. Select "…" in the upper-right corner, then select "Device Settings".
  2. Select "Wallet Settings", then select "Fingerprint & Passcode".
  3. Select "Reset Passcode".

If You Know Your Passcode​

  1. Enter the PIN you set during the initial setup.
  2. Review the "Set Passcode" instructions, then select "Got It".
  3. Set a new password.
  4. When "Reset Successful" is displayed, the reset is complete. Select "Done".

If You Forgot Your Passcode​

Make sure you have your recovery phrase and can use it to restore your wallet.

  1. Select "Forgot".
  2. When "Forgot Passcode?" is displayed, read the following warning, then select "Reset Passcode".

Resetting your passcode may erase your wallet or multisig wallet data.

  1. When "Verify Seed Phrase" is displayed, select "Standard Seed Phrase".
  2. When "Seed Phrase Length" is displayed, select the 24-word option used during the initial setup.
  3. Enter your recovery phrase in the correct order.
  4. When "Set Passcode" is displayed, enter a new PIN or password.
  5. Enter the new PIN again.
  6. When Resetting... is displayed, wait for the process to complete.
  7. Once the process is complete, the screen will turn off. Press the side button, then enter your newly set PIN or password.
